The Department of Philosophy at Stanford University is seeking applicants for a tenure-track or a tenured faculty position in the area of Social and Political Philosophy. Applicants will be expected to teach courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels in Social and Political Philosophy.  The term of appointment would begin September 1, 2019. Successful candidates must demonstrate substantial evidence of a creative research career, prospective or actual impact on their field of study, and a commitment to excellence in teaching and advising students at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
