Assistant Teaching Professor (EXPIRED)

The Georgetown University Department of Philosophy is seeking to fill two full-time non-tenure-line positions at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor on three-year fixed-term contracts. The teaching load for these positions is 3/3, with no more than two preparations per semester. A PhD in philosophy is required prior to hiring. Salary is $55k. The positions will involve mostly undergraduate teaching, and only light service will be required.  

AOS open, AOC should involve the ability to teach two or more of the following courses: introduction to philosophy, introduction to ethics, bioethics, logic, social and political philosophy.
