What is the difference between an ad and a stub?
Ads are submitted by employers and contain full details and text regarding a position. Stubs are entered by PhilJobs staff and contain basic details regarding a position and links to a venue where full details can be found. We encourage departments to convert stubs into proper ads. We normally email advertisers a link to do this. If you have not received such a link, contact us with the details of your ad.

AOS: Metaphysics and Philosophy of Mind; AOC: Symbolic Logic. Two (2) courses per semester, undergraduate and graduate. Evidence of teaching ability required. Salary: competitive. Ph.D. completed by August 10, 2013. In addition to offering a first class MA in Philosophy, the department is also a major component of two interdisciplinary programs, Science and Technology Studies and the Alliance for Social, Political, Ethical and Cultural Thought.
