MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Teach one section of Environmental Philosophy (PHIL 452/PHIL 552, ENVS 552) during 4-week summer session, May 16-June 10, 2011 (Please see the online University of Idaho Catalog for a description the Philosophy course)

Reporting dates: June 13, 2011-July 11, 2011. Our intent is to create a pool to draw from as needed during this period. The reporting dates have been extended to include: Summer 2012, Summer 2013, Summer 2014. Positions will be filled as needed during this period.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience Teaching Philosophy at college level
  • Ph.D. in Philosophy 

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with University of Idaho Philosophy Department’s program
  • Evidence of teaching excellence
