Job description |
DUKE UNIVERSITY, Durham, NC, United States. The Department of Philosophy seeks to make a tenure-track appointment beginning Fall 2020. Rank: Assistant Professor. AOS: Metaphysics and/or epistemology, including logic and philosophy of mind. Teaching duties include four courses per year (two per semester) at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with the usual advising and administrative responsibilities. Candidates should expect to receive their Ph.D. by the time of appointment (July 1, 2020).
