Job description

Indiana University, Department of Philosophy, Bloomington, IN. Assistant Professor, tenure-track, beginning August 2020.

AOS: Ethics, broadly construed. AOC: Open. The successful applicant will regularly teach courses in core areas of ethics, and may sometimes also be asked to teach courses in social and political philosophy and/or applied ethics, such as biomedical ethics, environmental ethics, or ethics and responsible management. The normal teaching load is 4 courses annually, divided equally between Fall and Spring Semester.

Strong commitment to teaching and research expected; Ph.D. in Philosophy required at time of appointment or soon after.
