UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, BALTIMORE COUNTY, Baltimore MD (UMBC). The Department of Philosophy seeks to fill a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level in Ancient Philosophy, commencing in August 2013. Ph.D. is required by the date of employment. Salary and benefits are competitive. The normal teaching load at UMBC is 5 courses per academic year. Candidates must demonstrate a potential for outstanding scholarship and teaching.
