Assistant Professor

TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY, PHILOSOPHY DEPARTMENT, Lubbock, TX.  Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, beginning Fall 2013. Ph.D. prior to appointment preferred. AOS: Metaphysics and Epistemology (broadly construed, with emphasis in Mind/Psychology). AOC: Open. Undergraduate and graduate teaching. Research expectations typical of major research institutions. All faculty are expected to attempt to secure external research funding when possible. Some thesis supervision. Usual non-teaching duties. Salary competitive. Summer work available.
