Nottingham Research Fellowships 2013 (EXPIRED)

3-year postdoctoral fellowships leading to an established academic post (subject to performance)

Applications are invited for The University of Nottingham Research Fellowships, which are targeted at exceptional postdoctoral researchers in most academic disciplines represented at the University.

Candidates must have submitted a PhD (the viva does not need to have taken place) and have had no more than four years full-time postdoctoral experience by 1 October 2012. Individuals who have been promised or already have a permanent position are considered to have achieved the aims of the scheme already and will not be eligible.

Competition is across all disciplines, and is extremely fierce. Philosophers with at least one monograph (or equivalent in papers) and excellent teaching credentials are encouraged to contact Prof. Greg Currie to express an interest, following the procedure detailed at the link for more information provided.
