The University of Sioux Falls rests in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the largest city in the state at just over 160,000 people.  Sioux Falls is an attractive, progressive community and is one of the fastest growing financial centers in the nation. There are three major hospitals, over thirty parks with soccer, softball, and baseball fields, swimming pools, and a bike trail that surrounds the city. Located at the junction of Interstates 29 and 90, Sioux Falls is the hub of regional transportation, culture, entertainment, commerce, medicine, and shopping.

Application materials will be reviewed beginning December 3.  Applications will be accepted until the position is successfully filled.  Applicants should send a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, evidence of effective teaching, statement of faith; statement of philosophy regarding the integration of faith and learning; official copies of graduate transcripts, and three current letters of recommendation.

University personnel will be present to conduct interviews at the Employment Information Services (EIS) Center at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Religion in Chicago, November 17-20, though candidates who cannot participate in Chicago will not be excluded from full consideration.
