Job description

Applications are invited for two three-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowships in the Department of Philosophy, University of Bristol as part of the ERC-funded research project 'Epistemic Utility Theory: Foundations and Applications', directed by Dr Richard Pettigrew.


The two postdoctoral researchers will work full-time on the project for three years, doing individual and collaborative research and helping organise project events.


This post represents an excellent opportunity for someone early in their academic career to be an important part of a high-profile project and to gain experience of cutting-edge research, while also developing a substantial publication profile.


Duration of appointment 1 October 2013 - 30 September 2016.

Work Hours 35.0 Hours per Week
