UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA, Tuscaloosa, AL. The Department of Philosophy invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning fall 2021. Undergraduate teaching, with usual non-teaching duties. AOS or AOC in the Philosophy of Medicine broadly construed. Teaching competence in one or more of the following is also desirable: History of Philosophy, especially Ancient; Philosophy of Religion, Aesthetics, Metaphysics, Philosophy of Gender, Race, Disability or non-Western philosophy.
