Visiting Professor of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

Job Description:

McDaniel College invites applications for a one year Visiting Assistant Professor in Philosophy starting August 2021. Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in the philosophy of race or critical race theory, and a competence in ethics or social/political philosophy. A Ph.D. or advanced ABD is preferred.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with a strong commitment to teaching, scholarly work, engaging students in research, and building a diverse and inclusive educational environment. The teaching load for this position is three courses per semester. The position is eligible for a full-time benefit package.
