What is the difference between an ad and a stub?

Stubs are entered by PhilJobs staff and contain basic details regarding a position and links to a venue where full details can be found. We encourage departments to convert stubs into proper ads. Responsibilities: teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in philosophies of inquiry and social foundations of education. ABD accepted, all degree requirements must be completed by August 7, 2013.
Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience): Doctoral degree in philosophy of education or a closely related field by August 7, 2013. Evidence of successful college-level teaching in philosophy of education, philosophy of science, or an education course with a significant philosophy of education component.
