Summary
Real Talk Philosophy LLC is seeking charismatic, analytically-minded Event Managers to organize weekly (or biweekly if you so choose) community events exploring divisive social issues (like masculinity, psychedelics, immigration, sex work, and more) with presentations, small-group discussions, games, music, and artwork. The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is charismatic, confident on stage, previous experience in event planning or other related fields, analytically-minded, interested in social issues and/or philosophy, a strong leader, deadline and detail-oriented, and able to work well in teams. Income is dependent on the number of guests, entry ticket price, food and drink sales, etc., but most Event Facilitators & Franchisees earn $1,000-4,000 a month (for less than 15 hours each week).

What is Real Talk Philosophy?
Real Talk Philosophy tears apart the beliefs that tear us apart. Since March 2017, we have facilitated more than 200 community events for more than 8,000 guests in multiple cities around the world. Each event explores a contemporary, divisive issue with impartial talks conveying arguments on all sides of the issue, facilitated, small-group discussions, themed games, themed music, themed art, panelist Q&As, and more. Responsibilities
We do our best to ensure that Event Manager/Franchisees responsibilities do not exceed 15 hours of work each weekly event. Responsibilities include:

• Registering a new small-business in your city/state 
• Establishing and maintaining a relationship with a venue
• Establishing and managing a small team including an entry-fee collector and a photographer
• Creating online event pages (e.g. Facebook, Eventbrite) and advertising
• Studying and practicing the provided material
• Delivering pre-made presentations, facilitating small-group discussions and games, presenting artwork and pre-recorded music
• Tracking and reporting event metrics (e.g. number of guests, revenue, expenses, etc.)
