Assistant or Associate Professor of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

SACRED HEART SEMINARY AND SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY seeks candidates for two (2) full-time faculty appointments in Philosophy starting August 2023. Specialization is open, with a preference for some competency in Thomistic philosophy. The successful candidate must possess a doctorate at the time of appointment, demonstrate a broad teaching ability in a variety of historical and topical courses, and maintain a firm commitment to the Roman Catholic mission and values of the institution. Salary and rank will be commensurate with academic credentials, publication record, and teaching experience. Normal graduate teaching load is 3-3.

Located in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology is a Roman Catholic graduate institution sponsored by the Priests of the Sacred Heart that specializes in priestly formation for men of all ages with an emphasis on seminarians over 30 years of age.
