We are currently looking for Adjunct Faculty to work at our Long Beach, CA campus.

Detailed Description:

At this time, we are specifically hiring Adjunct instructors in the areas of Ethics, Logic, and Philosophy. Desired applicants need to understand the process of practical ethics as a way of resolving moral conflict, and of understanding professional responsibility in a multi culturally diverse society without devaluating specific viewpoints of ethical or metaphysical theory, ideology, or religion. Knows how to use proposals, value judgments, observation statements, assumptions, and alternate world assumptions in arguing contemporary issues of moral importance. Understands how to resolve issues in terms of rights, responsibilities, and the community of rational beings.

Job Requirements:

Doctorate degree required in ethics, logic, and or philosophy. Relevant and recent work experience within the last 7 years required.
