Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure-track), Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) (EXPIRED)

The Department of Philosophy at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure-track) in the field of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE).

AOS: Any area directly connected to Philosophy, Politics and Economics, including, but not limited to: political philosophy, social philosophy, philosophy of social science, and experimental or formal methods. AOC: Any area related to AOS.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to UB’s growing Philosophy, Politics and Economics program. We are especially interested in those candidates who have a demonstrated interest in PPE as an area of study. Teaching will include philosophy courses at the undergraduate, Masters, and PhD levels; course load is 2 courses per term (2/2), plus usual advising roles. Normal departmental, university, and discipline-relative service duties will be expected of successful candidate.
