Job description	Waubonsee Community College is a comprehensive two-year college offering more than 130 degrees and certificates in today's most desirable fields. Organized in 1966, it provides education and training services for the residents and businesses of Illinois District 516. Essential Responsibilities: Teach introductory-level philosophy courses according to course outline and course syllabus. Responsible for the course paperwork such as attendance reports and grade postings. Incorporate learning-centered college principles and concepts. Provide leadership in program promotion and student recruitment and retention. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Philosophy required. Master's degree in Theology or Philosophy of Theology qualify for Introduction to World Religions only. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience at the community college level preferred.
