The Marywood University Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies invites applications for part-time instructors in Philosophy to begin August 2023 with the potential of teaching in subsequent semesters. Candidates must be available to teach in-person courses at the Marywood campus in Scranton, PA during daytime or evening hours. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate core curriculum courses and undergraduate courses in the major. We encourage candidates with any specialty to apply, but the department has immediate needs for the following courses:
Required Qualifications: A Masters degree in Philosophy is required along with a commitment to teaching Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate-level courses in Philosophy. |
