As a Staff Tutor you will be key to the provision of high quality teaching for students, carrying responsibility for leading and managing a team of associate lecturers (tutors) in the region who teach across the whole Arts curriculum, and are involved in teams providing local support for students. You will be involved in the development of the curriculum, the creation of modules and in research, contributing to the research culture of the Philosophy Department and the Faculty.

The role is demanding but also very rewarding. We look for strengths and capabilities to match the academic, managerial and administrative nature of the post as well as the capacity to set priorities and manage one’s own work.
