Open date: September 19, 2023 Next review date: Monday, Nov 20, 2023 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Sunday, Jun 30, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) POSITION DESCRIPTION The Philosophy Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Philosophy. The area of specialization is Ethics of Technology. Candidates are expected to conduct research, teach, contribute significantly to undergraduate and graduate education and mentorship, provide service to the campus and to their profession, and be able to work with students, faculty and staff from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds.
