Visiting Assistant Professor (EXPIRED)

THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI The Department of Philosophy and Religion invites applicants for a Visiting Assistant Professor beginning August 2024. A successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in philosophy or in religious studies with a specialty in Bioethics/Biomedical Ethics. The Ph.D. must be in hand by August 2024. The teaching load is 3/3. The successful candidate will be able to teach a combination of Bioethics/Biomedical Ethics as well as lower- and upper-division courses in their area. The ability to teach other courses crosslisted in both philosophy and religion is a plus.
