Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy. One-year, non-tenure-track appointment to start in September 2024. Ph.D. in philosophy required by September 2024; area of specialization open. The successful applicant will have undergraduate teaching experience and should be willing and able to teach introduction to logic. We are also looking for competency in at least one of the following: ancient philosophy, environmental ethics, and non-Western philosophy. Teaching load is seven courses (3-1-3) during the academic year, including a short Winter Term course during January.
