Please check out our website at https://philo.whu.edu.cn/

This is a two-year post-doctoral fellowship, intended to provide a forum for outstanding recent PhDs to develop their research projects. No teaching is required, although applicants interested in taking on teaching responsibilities during their time here can be accommodated. The starting date is September 1, 2024. Salary is120,000-180,000 RMB annually (well above the median income in the area); health insurance included. Some candidates will be eligible for additional funding up to 300,000 RMB. Fellows who develop an impressive publication record during their fellowship are occasionally offered full-time positions at the end of the fellowship.

Applicants should have a well-developed research project, which they will pursue during the course of the fellowship at Wuhan University. Publication in major international journals is expected. Please be aware that this position will involve relocation to mainland China, and take this fact into account when deciding to apply.
