The Program in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) at Yale University seeks to hire a full-time, tenure-track faculty member at the level of Assistant Professor in Transgender Studies, beginning July 1, 2025. The successful applicant will be expected to teach introductory, topics-based, and graduate-level courses in transgender studies, as well as to teach a broader range of courses required for the WGSS undergraduate major, the graduate certificate, and the doctoral program, on gender and sexuality studies topics and methods.
