Job description

The Department of Religion and Philosophy invites applications for a one semester fixed term adjunct teaching positions in Philosophy for The Spring Semester 2025 beginning January 8th 2025. Candidates must have at least a masters degree in Philosophy and have teaching experience in philosophy. The position will involve teaching between one and four undergraduate courses, 3 of which will be Critical Thinking, the other and Introductory Ethics course. In addition to the usual teaching duties (e.g., lecturing, facilitating discussion, grading), instructors are expected to respond to student inquiries and hold office hours

We expect to begin review of applications in September. We will consider applications until all four courses are filled.

The pay for these courses will be adjunct on a per course basis.
