Job description

The Department of Philosophy at the National University of Singapore invites applications for an open-rank position. Appointments may be at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Philosophers of all research specializations are encouraged to apply.

The teaching load is 2/1 (one or two courses per semester, totaling three per academic year). Salaries are internationally competitive, with benefits including subsidized housing. Assistant Professorships will be funded under the Presidential Young Professor scheme for tenure-track faculty with significant research achievements, with research funding of around $250,000 SGD (approximately $190,000 USD).
