| Job description |
University of California, Riverside, CA. Open Rank (tenured or tenure-track) appointment beginning July 1, 2014. 4.5 courses/year on the quarter system, graduate and undergraduate teaching. Thesis supervision and standard non-teaching duties. AOS: 19th/20th-Century European Philosophy. Ph.D. or ABD required, as well as compelling evidence of commitment to research and publication. The successful candidate must be committed to teaching effectively at all levels, including graduate mentoring. He or she will also be expected to enhance connections among research groups in the department and, where applicable, within the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences. Salary commensurate with education and experience. |
