Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy

The Philosophy Department at Bowdoin College invites applications for a full-time, benefits-eligible visiting assistant professor position for the 2025-2026 academic year. The appointment will be for one year and begin July 1, 2025. For this position the teaching load is two courses per semester. For this position the AOC is open, but the successful candidate must be able and willing to teach Symbolic Logic. A PhD in Philosophy is expected by the date of appointment.
