The Philosophy Department at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. invites applications for two one-year, full-time, non-tenure-track faculty positions for the 2025-26 academic year. Positions may be renewable contingent on department and core curriculum needs. AOS/AOC: open. Gonzaga's core curriculum includes Reasoning (PHIL 101), Philosophy of Human Nature (PHIL 201), and Ethics (PHIL 301). Applicants should be prepared to teach some combination of 101 and either 201 or 301. Teaching load: 24 credits/year. The Philosophy Department plays a critical role in the University Core Curriculum and the advancement of the University mission.
