Position Description The Department of Philosophy seeks applications for a half time lecturer in Moral and Political Philosophy. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2014. The lecturer will be responsible for teaching two courses at the undergraduate level. The half time position may be for either a semester or for an appointment for one year. Basic Qualifications Doctorate or terminal degree in Philosophy or related discipline required by the time of appointment. Additional Qualifications Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research is desired with a focus on the theory of practical reason.
