Job description

The Department of Comparative Literature seeks to hire an Assistant Professor in Feminist Theory.  Additional expertise in non-Anglophone modernisms, especially German and/or French, desired; interests in gender/race theory, history of literary theory, or relevant areas of continental philosophy are also welcome.

The teaching load is 2/2 and the faculty members of the Department typically teach one graduate and one undergraduate course each semester.

The candidate should have a PhD in hand by the start of the appointment in August 2015.
