Assistant Professor (EXPIRED)

University of Kentucky.  Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track). 

AOS: Philosophy of Science, preferably Philosophy of Biology; AOC: Epistemology and Logic.  The ideal candidate would also have teaching interests in medical ethics or environmental ethics. 

Responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate teaching (4 courses per year, i.e., 2 per semester), dissertation and thesis supervision, and standard nonteaching duties. Salary and benefits are competitive.  A complete dossier will consist of a statement of interest, a CV, a writing sample, evidence of teaching excellence and at least three letters of recommendation.
