 SAM HOUSTON STATE UNIVERSITY, Huntsville, TX. Announcing a Visiting Assistant Professor position starting in the Fall 2015 semester in the Philosophy Program of the Department of Psychology and Philosophy.  This position is renewable depending upon performance and program needs. The AOS is American Philosophy and the AOC is Metaphysics and Epistemology. The regular full-time teaching load for non-tenure-track faculty is four undergraduate classes per semester. Because of the funding source for the position, three of the four classes will be online classes, for example, three sections of Contemporary Moral Issues, and the fourth will be a face-to-face class. There is the possibility of teaching an upper level course on occasion, and summer teaching may be possible depending on demand.
