Job description

The Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics at St. Norbert College invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Business/Business Ethics beginning August 2015.  Applicants should have a Ph.D. in any business area and/or philosophy with primary teaching and research experience/interest in business ethics. ABDs will be considered.  Practical business experience is desirable as is teaching experience. 

In the Spring of 2014, St. Norbert College approved the creation of the Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics, with an anticipated start date of a Masters of Business Administration program of Fall 2015. The successful candidate will teach at least one business-related course in the MBA program in addition to regular offerings of the business ethics course; lead the development of the ethics component of the undergraduate curriculum in the School of Business and Economics; and serve as liaison with the faculty in the Humanities to ensure the integration of the professional program into the liberal arts mission of the College. Solid grounding in the tradition of philosophical ethics is required.
