Job description

The Experience Project invites applications for a post-doctoral residential fellowship as part of our “Philosophy of Transformative Experience” funding initiative for projects beginning Fall 2015. The winning applicant will spend AY2015-2016 in residence at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and will receive a $50,000 stipend plus approximately $5,000 for research and relocation. The fellowship is aimed at research on a host of big questions surrounding the nature and varieties of transformative experience. The Fellowship Program is open to recent Ph.Ds working in decision theory, epistemology, philosophy of mind, ethics, applied ethics, metaethics, moral psychology, philosophy of religion, philosophy of social science, philosophy of science, and metaphysics.
