Assistant, Associate or Full Business Ethics Professor (EXPIRED)

Position Summary: The Creighton University Heider College of Business seeks applicants for a  full-time tenure-track position in Business Ethics who will be housed in the business college.  We welcome applications from experienced faculty (assistant, associate, or full).  ABDs graduating by fall 2015 will be considered.    Creighton has a long history of hiring philosophers in the business school to teach business ethics, and the new hire would join 2 other philosophers already at Heider.  Skill teaching ethics and business conduct are essential, and practical work experience is helpful.  Employment would begin in the Fall of 2015 and the teaching load for productive scholars is a 3-2, with a mix of undergraduate and MBA level classes.  The undergraduate students are primarily business majors who have already taken Intro to philosophy and ethical theory.  A business ethics and society class is also required of all MBA students-- in person as well as online.  Class sizes are capped at approximately 30 and every effort is made to minimize the number of assigned course preps.

Application Process: Screening will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. We will likely do interviews at the Eastern APA on December 28th and 29th.
