Assistant Professor (EXPIRED)

The Department of Philosophy at Kutztown University invites applications for two temporary, full-time Assistant Professor positions for the academic year Fall 2015-Spring 2016. Teaching load is four undergraduate courses per semester. Area of Specialization: Open. Areas of Competence: some of the following: Modern Philosophy, Kant to Hegel, Social and Political Philosophy, Moral Theory, Applied Ethics, and Philosophy of Art.

Required: Ph.D. in Philosophy, at least one year of college-level teaching experience, and evidence of research activity, along with a successful interview and classroom demonstration (or its equivalent).
