Job description |
The Plato Centre at Trinity College Dublin (www.tcd.ie/plato/), in co-ordination with the Philosophy and Classics Departments at Trinity, invites applications for a Newman Fellowship, which is tenable from September 2015 to August 2016 and will include a stipend of 12,000 Euro for EU applicants and 15,000 Euro for non-EU applicants. The Fellowship is for either a PhD student or a Postdoctoral researcher, with a project in Ancient Philosophy. Applicants that intend to work on a PhD project must at the same time apply to either the Philosophy or the Classics Departments as prospective PhD students, through the usual process (http://www.tcd.ie/Graduate_Studies). The successful applicant will be expected to take an active interest in, and work closely together with the members of, the Plato Centre. |
