Job description |
The University of Indianapolis seeks applications for a one year, full-time, 9-month, non-tenure-track Assistant Professor of Philosophy. The Assistant Professor of Philosophy will teach four sections of general education Philosophy courses in each of fall and spring semesters. Courses include ethics, introduction to philosophy and the candidate must have the ability to teach one or more of business ethics, applied ethics, and medical ethics. Abilities to teach introductory courses in religion (e.g. Introduction to Christianity) desirable but not required. Qualifications: PhD in Philosophy in hand with the equivalent of least one year of fulltime teaching experience.
