Assistant Professor of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

The new Department of Philosophy at Montclair State University intends to make a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin 1 September 2016.

AOS: Modern Philosophy. AOC: Open.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach three courses per semester (two sections of an introductory-level course and one upper-level course), engage in an active program of scholarly research, and perform service appropriate for the rank of appointment. A Ph.D. in philosophy is required.
