Job description |
The “Hope & Optimism: Conceptual and Empirical Investigations” project invites applications for non-residential fellowships beginning in Fall 2016. These awards will fund one-year projects. Funding requests up to $100,000 are allowable. We are interested in funding new work in philosophy that deals with the nature, structure, psychological role, and normative aspects of hope, optimism, and related states (including despair, pessimism, and so on). We regret that wholly historical projects cannot be funded. For further details, including eligibility requirements and application instructions, please visit the project website at: hopeoptimism.org. Applications deadline is February 15, 2016. |
