Assistant Professor of Philosophy (Faculty)

The University of Alabama at Birmingham is searching for non-tenure track assistant professor who is especially competent to teach bioethics and/or applied ethics. The appointment will initially be for one year, and subject to budgets, enrollments and good evaluations of teaching, will be renewable for longer contracts. The teaching load is seven courses a year over two semesters. We encourage applications from women and historically disadvantaged populations. A PhD is required.
