The Department of Philosophy at Connecticut College invites applicants for a one-year visiting position, beginning in July 1, 2016. Applicants should have a record of successful undergraduate teaching, with an inclusive pedagogy. Area of specialization is open.

The teaching load for full-time visitors is three courses per semester. The department’s teaching needs are flexible, but may include history of modern philosophy, philosophy of mind, epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of language, and philosophy of religion.
