Assistant Professor of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF PHILOSOPHY- Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph, MO-(full-time, tenure track) – to teach 8 courses per year, 4/ semester, beginning August, 2016 (including at least one section of a general education course on-line per semester). Areas of Specialization: History and Philosophy of Science or Philosophy of Biology; Area of Competency: open. Candidates must be able to teach 2 general education Ethics/Contemporary moral problems courses every semester and the ability to contribute to the development of upper-level courses in the department. REQUIRED: Doctorate in Philosophy. Employment is contingent upon proof of the legal right to work in the U.S. An appointment is not final until all documents are provided.
