Lecturer (EXPIRED)

Lecturer, beginning August of 2016. AOS: 19th & 20th Century Philosophy. AOC: Open. The Philosophy Department currently has teaching needs in continental philosophy and in applied ethics (including but not limited to business ethics, information ethics, and ethics of technology). Ability to teach Introduction to Philosophy courses is required. Twelve credit hours per semester. Ph.D. expected prior to start of appointment. Candidates should send a letter of application, CV, graduate transcripts, three confidential letters of recommendation (at least one of which should address teaching potential), a statement on pedagogy, and evidence of teaching excellence (such as peer and student evaluations, if available, and sample syllabi).
