The Department of Philosophy at Stony Brook University invites applications for a position of open rank (assistant, associate, or full professor) with a start date of Fall 2017. While the area of specialization is open, the Department is particularly interested in candidates who will contribute to its profile in Continental philosophy and who have expertise in feminism, philosophy of science and technology, ethics, philosophy of language, or critical theory.
