SKILLS Curriculum Developer: - Advise categorization and sequence of instruction and assessments - Provide subject matter expertise for the “Introduction to Ethics” project - Advocate for a superior student experience Tutorial Author: - Experience teaching with real-world examples and authentic applications - Highly responsive to feedback - Facility with Powerpoint, Keynote, or Scribe preferred (comfort with technology) - Clear and engaging instructional style EDUCATION Curriculum Developer: Master's Degree or PhD in Ethics or a related discipline + 5 years teaching experience Tutorial Author: BA in Ethics or related discipline or experience teaching Ethics KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Curriculum Developer: - Provide subject matter expertise for the “Introduction to Ethics” project - Recommend instructional goals and assessment targets - Review instructional outlines and assessments for subject matter accuracy Tutorial Author: - Create instructional videos (screencast or on camera, each video approximately 7 minutes in length - Cover mandatory content areas based on topic outlines provided by Sophia - Edit work as needed for accuracy and quality |
