Job Description Summary:
The Furman University Philosophy Department invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. We are looking for vibrant scholars whose teaching and research will contribute to the department's commitment to academic excellence and diversity. Responsibilities include: undergraduate teaching (five courses per year), research and publication, and normal non-teaching departmental and university duties.
Rank: Open, AOS: Open, AOC: Philosophy of Race (broadly construed). The department also has needs in the Philosophy of Science.
